We do not disable emissions monitors. If you already have a DiabloSport tuner and want to get your tune a little more tailored to your Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep vehicle, this is the option for you. This is for stock to bolt-on modifications. We will make provisions for throttle body's, CAI, and exhaust/headers. For many preloaded tunes there's a lot more left on the table over the preloaded tune files. Email us your backup file and we will email our tunes back. Send us a datalog and we will tweak the tune as necessary. This ensures optimum performance of your current configuration.

93 Octane Custom Tune
Sean gave me a great tune! It’s a 2012 Ram 1500 5.7 STD Cab RWD. After adding Long Tube headers, CAI, Ported the intake, upgraded to 3.90 LSD and a little more, I was using the Diablo I3 93 Octane canned tune and my 0-60 time was best at 6.62 seconds. My best after Sean’s tune is 6.16 seconds. It’s fun to drive BUT, I can’t seem to keep my foot out of the throttle and my mpg really sucks!

2011 Dodge Charger R/T RWD. Ran the 93 Diablo tune for a while, but felt there was more in the car. Sean provided a great tune. Easy to follow directions for uploading tune to device and data logging. Car is much more responsive.

2006 Jeep WK with Headers Stage 1 Tune
I tried other custom tuners, after every 'box' tune in the Trinity 2, in pursuit of the greatest balance of gas mileage and power. HemiFevers Stage 1 Tune beat them all (for both!) with the first tune file.

Impressed with the tune
My co-worker told me about Sean's Hemifever tune and I recently purchased. Sean knows what he is doing, he built an 89 octane tune that woke up my Hemi!

WOW
I was running a canned 87 tune (on 89 fuel) and Sean hooked me up with a proper 89 octane tune. What an amazing difference! I did a 0-80mph run today and it just glued me to my seat. He also checks your recorded logs afterwards to make sure everything is running properly. Also, I've only had the tune for 2 days and my MPG average has already gone up by .2.
